MasterCard Fraud Monitoring
As part of our ongoing efforts to protect our members from fraud, all our Debit and Credit Mastercard accounts are monitored by an automated system 24 hours a day. When unusual transactions are made on your account, you will be contacted by telephone to confirm that you are authorizing the transactions. If you can validate the transactions, your card will not be blocked. If we are unable to reach you by telephone, the system will automatically block your card from additional purchases. Your card will remain blocked until we are able to validate that you have authorized the questionable transactions.
