New Online Banking Security Feature
The protection of your information is very important to us. We are pleased to announce an added login security feature that helps guard your online information.
How does this new security feature work?
When logging into Virtual Branch you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a six-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the log in process. This feature takes the place of answering security questions when logging into online banking. This is also available in the mobile app.
What do I need to do?
Please make sure your phone numbers are up to date the next time you log into Virtual Branch. If not, make the necessary changes before June 30th, 2026.
Important! You will not be able to access online banking if we do not have your updated contact information.
